Examples behind the services

The service range comes from operating roles, business systems and independent builds. Each example below names the contribution and what its evidence supports. The full case studies separate delivery, use and measured effect.

I define the business behavior, direct the build and review releases. AI agents write much of the software code.

Operational reviews and standalone audits

My purchasing work began with an invoice and spend review. I set approval thresholds, introduced receiving checks and wrote the procedures. I also ran billing, staffing and supplier administration in a service business. These are my accounts of work in operating roles; no measured savings or error reduction is published.

Related work: Purchasing and receiving controls; Service operations.

Data cleanup and internal data systems

I specified ERP checks that show missing inputs and keep proposed corrections separate from approved changes. My earlier distribution work included invoice and purchase-order reconciliation. The software has dated execution records; there is no published total of cleaned records or measured error reduction.

Related work: ERP data checks; Distribution logistics and billing; A connected personal workspace.

Software configuration, integrations and automation

I standardized order and billing workflows across NetSuite, Cleartrack and SPS Commerce, and consolidated membership operations around Mindbody and HubSpot. A separate field-to-office build demonstrates a submitted record reaching the dashboard in a synthetic exercise. Each new integration needs its own access review, failure cases and acceptance checks.

Related work: Order and billing workflows; Membership operations; Field records connected to fleet views.

Custom applications and internal tools

I specified and directed a bilingual field form, an account-coverage map and a connected personal workspace. Release checks and synthetic exercises show particular tasks working, including field submission and owner filtering. Their business effect has not been measured.

Related work: Field-to-office capture; Account coverage; A connected workspace.

Reporting and cost analysis

I defined reports that carry their calculations and source dates, and a materials comparison that excludes uncertain matches. Dated release checks and a synthetic reporting exercise support the demonstrated behavior. No realized savings or improvement in reporting accuracy is claimed.

Related work: Business reporting; Materials cost comparisons.

Searchable business knowledge

I directed an ERP reference organized around product behavior and common workflows, and a personal workspace that links answers to their records. The reference has no measured usage; the workspace has authenticated release checks and documented owner use. Neither case supplies an answer-accuracy or time-saving study.

Related work: ERP workflow reference; Source-linked record search.

Business websites

This website is a current example of the service: I set the audience, structure and evidence requirements and directed the build. It is now public; the inquiry form is not yet connected. No visitor, sales or search-ranking result is claimed.

Related work: This consulting website; Desktop and phone application interfaces.

Ongoing operational improvement

My operating roles combined recurring billing, supplier and staff work with updated procedures and onboarding. Related software work includes scheduled checks, reviewed changes and recovery procedures. That experience supports the service; a new engagement still needs an agreed cadence, deliverable and support scope.

Related work: Purchasing procedures; Recurring service operations; Recurring data checks; Software delivery and recovery.
