The problem
My records were spread across several applications. I wanted one place to find them and follow an answer back to its source.
The previous process
The records were scattered across applications. No measured before-state exists: I never timed the old way.
My role
I defined the problem, specified the routes and the answer format, reviewed each release and ratified it; AI agents wrote most of the code under my gates.
What was built
Search across my own records, answers that link to the document they came from, drafting, a weekly review, and a dashboard with 25 routes. The September 8 release record covers these features. The weekly review runs but had no usable finance, habit or training records at its last run.
How it works
The dashboard brings together the day, calendar, records and unfinished work. Search returns an answer beside the source it relies on. Changes to connected personal workflows require the relevant permission and a readback showing what was saved.
Evidence
| Evidence | Dated account |
|---|---|
| Deployed | Authenticated desktop and phone checks covered 25 routes. |
| Used | My own daily use. |
| Measured | 100 approved PDFs passed hash checks; an attended import landed 79,778 mail records. |
Deployed: a running service, with 25 routes covered by authenticated desktop and phone checks on 8 September 2026. Used: daily, by me, uncounted. Measured: 25 routes passed those checks, 100 approved PDFs passed hash checks, and an attended import landed 79,778 mail records.
Observed results
I can answer a question about my own records with the source attached. Outcome not yet measured for time saved, decisions changed, or accuracy over a period.
What this does not show
The source account describes one person’s use. Desktop and phone checks cover the interface; they do not establish answer accuracy across every question. The system uses private records and several connected components. Public demonstrations must use invented content. No time-saving or decision-quality outcome has been measured.
