I work on the operations and data behind a business: purchasing, billing, vendor management, reporting and the processes that connect them. I diagnose what is getting in the way, define the changes, and help put the solution into use. That can mean an audit, cleaner data, a better configuration, an integration or custom software. I currently lead logistics for an operations team. For software builds, I specify and review the work; AI agents write most of the code under my gates. I am based in Bonita Springs, Florida and work remotely across the United States.

How I work

I start with the operating problem: who does the work, what information they need and where the current process fails. I write the scope, decide what gets built, review the result and decide whether it is ready for use. AI agents write most of the code in my software projects.

My working rules call for a separate review, tests that exercise the actual failure conditions, and a named caller and operator for delivered software. A green test run is one piece of evidence; it does not establish every claim about the system.

The case studies distinguish delivery, use and measured effect. When no business outcome has been measured, I say so.
