Find a useful starting point

An optional local assessment for a business task, with conditional scope guidance and a transparent task-hours estimate. No email required.

Describe the kind of problem and the people involved without supplying confidential records. Unknown answers can stay unknown. You can change the answers, reset them or use the questions on paper.

The result suggests a conversation to have, based only on what you enter. It does not inspect your systems, send your answers or determine a fee.

Answers are used only on this page. Your browser may restore entries when you go Back. Use Reset answers to clear the current entries. The assessment does not send an inquiry, set a price or subscribe you to anything. Discuss this problem opens an inquiry for you to review and submit separately. Use a role description and leave confidential details out.

The questions and calculation below can be used without entering any information.

Use the questions on paper

  1. Name a recurring task and a recent example.
  2. Identify the systems, how often the task happens, the operating role and the decision-maker. Keep unknown answers explicit.
  3. Choose a starting problem from the service descriptions, then confirm it with someone who knows the workflow.
  4. If useful, estimate task-hours as minutes per occurrence × occurrences per week × weeks ÷ 60. Use the same units throughout and write down the assumed period.

The calculation describes time attached to the task under those assumptions. It is not a quote, guaranteed saving or payroll reduction. A proposed change still needs a baseline, a scope and a check after real use.
